Warning, you might fall in love!

Be prepared for a wild ride! The romantic King Room with Whirlpool lacked basic cleanliness, featuring unmade beds and leftover items from previous guests. Coupled with a faulty Jacuzzi and a less-than-helpful staff, my stay was rather disappointing. Buyer beware – the charm of this place quickly fizzles out!

The location was convenient for getting around the area, allowing easy access to popular attractions. Some staff members were friendly, making for a warmer atmosphere. Housekeeping appeared to perform well in some areas of the hotel, showing potential for a better overall experience.

The condition of the room was far from acceptable.

The room was surprisingly spacious and had a hot tub which was awesome for relaxing after a long day. I enjoyed soaking in the jacuzzi and the nice pool area was a great bonus too. Just be aware that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, but overall, I had a really good time! 👍

the location was convenient, close to some sketchy looking areas, but the refund process was smooth. it stood out to get my money back quickly when i left. i appreciated that the staff were not dismissive about my concerns, even though i hated the stay.

Despite the proximity to local entertainment, the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy after dark, which could be a concern for anyone not keen on that kind of scene.

The beds were kind of okay which is a tiny miracle and it was nice to have the heat sorta working at least when it finally kicked in. The front desk guy was friendly at first but then turned weird when we asked for more towels.

This place cost a fair amount and still left a lot to be desired.
